International Student Transfer-in Form - Students will use this form to verify your eligibility to transfer your SEVIS record to Colorado College.

International Student Transfer-out Form - Students will use this form to request that your SEVIS record be transferred to another school or program.

Family Invitation Letter - Students can use this form in order to write an invitation letter to family and friends who wish to visit the U.S. and need to apply for a U.S. visa. The second page includes a template for a letter of invitation.
