Chica Chocolate Wins $25,000 in Big Idea Event (02/8/2018)
Chica Chocolate, which took second place in Colorado College’s Big Idea competition last year, returned to take first place and $25,000 in prize money at CC’s sixth annual Big Idea competition, held Feb. 8 in the Edith Kinney Gaylord Cornerstone Arts Center.
Brain Injury Inspires Academic Focus (01/31/2018)
As a high school freshman, Lili Uchida ’20 had a snowboarding accident that caused a brain hemorrhage. Drawn to CC because of the flexibility of the Block Plan, Uchida found a home in the neuroscience department.
CC Ends 2017 With Notable Gifts (01/23/2018)
Colorado College completed 2017 with a number of gifts from individuals that are advancing Building on Originality: The Campaign for Colorado College, a comprehensive $435 million fundraising campaign that launched publicly in October. As of Dec. 20, the campaign had raised $313 million.
