Web Author Training Schedule
Whether you are brand new to Cascade or an experienced web author with a specific question, our training opportunities are designed to help you create clearer, more accessible, and easier-to-maintain websites.
Training Types
Open Office Hours
Open Office Hours are held in Spencer Center 421 on the first Tuesday of each block. Bring a page, question, publishing problem, or idea to this informal group setting. Topics will depend on what participants bring, giving web authors an opportunity to learn from one another’s questions and experiences. No appointment is necessary.
Tiny Tuesdays
Tiny Tuesdays are focused, 15-minute Zoom trainings held from 10-10:15 a.m. on the third instructional Tuesday of each block, except Blocks 1 and 5, which are reserved for Cascade onboarding. Each session covers a practical topic that web authors can apply right away.
Cascade Onboarding
The first Zoom session of each semester will be a special one-hour Cascade onboarding, held from 10-11 a.m. for new and returning web authors.
