Order Print Materials
For quick and consistent Colorado College print services, use our approved local vendor, DocuMart. They offer an easy-to-use online portal with free on-campus delivery.
- Available Products: Business cards, stationery, name badges, posters, flyers, and custom print orders.
- How to Order: Place your order through the DocuMart online portal. After submission, you must call DocuMart directly to provide an invoice number and pay using a college P-card or credit/debit card.
- Timeline: Orders typically ship with a three-business day turnaround time.
- Support: Campus Mail Services handles delivery and any questions about the ordering process.
Order Branded Merchandise and Apparel
Need gear for your department or event? Club Colors is Colorado College's preferred, full-service vendor for branded merchandise and apparel. They offer design, sourcing, and competitive bidding for almost any product.
- Custom Orders: As a preferred vendor, Club Colors must be contacted to provide a competitive bid for any merchandise or apparel order. Requesting a bid does not require you to use their services.
- Online Catalog: Browse merchandise, test logo placement, and place smaller orders directly using your college P-card on the Club Colors CC Branded Merchandise Store. Note: products are decorated on demand and typically ship in approximately 15 business days.
- Products Include: T-shirts, polos, eco-friendly merch, office supplies, and technology accessories.

Commitment to Sustainability
To meet the college's sustainability goals, choose:
- eco-friendly products
- products with longer life-cycles (avoid single-use products that immediately add to the waste stream)
- items that can biodegrade effectively (try to avoid plastics; micro-plastics are harmful to humans, animals, and the environment)
- products that are sourced and made locally (try to avoid products made overseas and/or have to be transported over long distances)
