Photography is the most visually impactful element of the CC brand. Our photos are colorful, vibrant, and bright, showcasing all aspects of the authentic CC experience—classes, student activities, athletics, the main and Baca campuses, study abroad, and events.

Capturing CC

Photography should pique the interest of prospective students and their families, build a bond of shared experience for the campus community, and create a sense of nostalgia for alumni.

Photos of students’ academic experience should be relatable and engaging, emphasizing academic rigor and maintaining environmental inclusivity, with classroom and hands-on experiences showing a variation of majors.

Campus life photos should be playful and personable, showing the spectrum of campus life from events to residential life to club and varsity sports.

CC students have many options to study outside of the classroom—including field study, study abroad, internships, and hands-on learning. These photos should be engaging and vibrant, inclusive of all of the opportunities outside the traditional classroom.

Photos of campus architecture and environmental landscapes help establish sense of place. They should be seasonal and striking, emphasizing our mountain setting, dynamic downtown, and the broader Southwest.
