Students enrolled in the Vocal Studio are encouraged to audition at the beginning of each semester. Contact Jennifer DeDominici or Ann Brink to learn when auditions will be held.

The students of the vocal program at Colorado College present two music theatre productions each year: one musical and one opera. The program is co-directed by principal vocal instructor Jennifer DeDominici and vocal instructor Ann Brink, with musical direction by pianist Dan Brink. Recent musicals have included The Rocky Horror ShowThe Mystery of Edwin DroodElegies, Spring Awakening, How Green Was My Valley, The Light in the Piazza, and Little Women. Chamber opera works or opera pieces have included selections from Hansel and Gretel, La Divina and The Magic Flute, as well as Candide. The Vocal Studio strives to make these shows an all inclusive and rewarding experience, contributing to the strong network the department fosters among performers of all skill levels.
