Finance

About Us: The Finance Committee of CCSGA works to ensure that funding from the student activity fee is distributed as equitably as possible and with the greatest benefit to the student body. The Committee handles annual operating budgets for all student groups chartered by CCSGA, as well as special events funding, in collaboration with the Controller's Office and the Office of Campus Activities. The Committee is also tasked with identifying areas of funding need in student life and allocating raises in the student activity fee accordingly. Underlying all of these areas of focus is the task of keeping CCSGA on budget and financially sustainable. The VP of Finance serves on the all-college budget committee and makes an annual recommendation regarding whether or not to increase the student activity fee.
