Students majoring or minoring in Computer Science are working at a variety of different companies, ranging from large technology firms (Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco, Cognizant) to smaller companies, such as local company Lexidyne and Sierra Nevada Corporation. Students can apply their software development expertise to applications ranging from medicine to finance to education. One recent graduate does web development for the US Forest Service. We also have had a number of students go on to graduate school, at schools such as Columbia, UC Berkeley, University of Illinois Urbana-Champagne, Notre Dame, and University of Wisconsin.
