Why look at past block away programs?
While many Block Away courses do not repeat every year, there is often a rotation within departments or fields of study. We hope this look at the programs offered in recent years helps you get a sense of the variety of programs offered.
If there is a particular course from this list which interests you, you can communicate with that course's faculty leader(s) to learn if they are planning the course for a future block. Many courses are offered in regular intervals, while others may not be scheduled for the future. The faculty member for each course is the best contact to learn what future plans may exist for a course.
When will upcoming Block Away Options Be Announced?
Summer Blocks Away: November (Block 3)
Academic Year Blocks: December & January (Block 4 & Half-Block)
Career Catalyst Blocks: Can be announced throughout the year.
When Can I Apply?
All programs have a primary application window. It is possible to apply after the window but space in programs and financial aid is far more limited after the window closes.
Summer Blocks Away: early December through January 15
Academic Year Blocks: late January through March 15
Career Catalyst Blocks: Typically a 4-6 week window after announcement.
