Why isn’t my loan credited to my student account?

There are so many factors when receiving loans which may affect when the loan(s) are credited to the student account. They are, loan paperwork is not complete with the Financial Aid office, on-line entrance counseling is not completed, which is mandatory (as a first time borrower) before loans can be disbursed to the student account, and student must be enrolled and registered for the current semester. Loans are normally credited to the student account the first two weeks of school, after the check-in period, unless one of the above items is incomplete.

Why isn’t my financial aid credited to my student account?

There may be numerous reasons why your aid has not been credited to your student account. Please contact the Financial Aid office at 719-389-6651 for specific information.
