Summer Housing

All students may live off-campus during summer. Summer housing applications are accessible in your housing portal. Costs vary by housing type and stay length. Charges post before summer session. Space is first-come, first-served.

To be eligible for residence in on-campus housing, individuals must be admitted and enrolled at CC and:

  • Registered for Summer 2026 or registered for classes in Spring 2026 and Fall 2026 while actively pursuing a degree.
  • The Resident shall be deemed in breach of this Contract if they are no longer registered for classes at Colorado College.
  • Residential Experience reserves the right to deny housing arrangements to any student who has been sanctioned under the Pathfinder depending upon the severity of the conduct and circumstances, violated the terms of this contract, or as a delinquent account for housing-related charges. 

 

Summer 2026

Application Opens: Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 2pm MT

Priority Deadline: Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 11:59pm MT

Assignments Released: Beginning May 8, 2026 after 3pm and will continue on a rolling basis

As the academic year transitions from spring to summer and summer to fall, housing assignments may change to prepare spaces for incoming residents. Students continuing housing between terms should plan ahead and remain flexible during this transition period.

Please review the important timeline details below for Spring 2026 to Summer 2026: 

  • Transition Window: May 16 – May 21
  • Exact Move Date: Determined by space readiness
  • Move Notice: Students will be notified when their room is ready
  • Move Timeline: You will be required to move within 48 hours of receiving notice.  

Block A Tuesday, May 26 - Thursday, June 18
Block B Monday, June 22 - Thursday, July 16 (no class on July 4)
Block C Monday, July 20 - Wednesday, August 12 (remote session)

Students wishing to request disability-related housing accommodations should contact the office of Accessibility Resources  (accessibilityresources@coloradocollege.edu). Additional information, including timelines, is available on the Housing Accommodations webpage. Accessibility Resources will carefully consider each request for accommodations on a case-by-case basis to ensure that students with disabilities have equitable access to the College's housing resources. Housing accommodation requests submitted after published dates will still be considered, however these requests may not be reviewed until after the Housing & Residential Experience room selection process has ended.
