2023 Festival Information

2023 Fellow Information

Travel Information

You will be expected to arrive at the Festival between 10 a.m. on June 3 and 8 a.m. on June 4

While you are technically free to leave anytime after you've checked out (Festival check-out will take place after the evening Orchestra Concert on June 23), we recommend departing on June 24. We are unable to offer housing after the night of the 23-24.

Please note that late arrivals and early departures are NOT acceptable unless pre-approved by Festival staff. Since the Colorado College spring academic term ends so late this year, early arrivals before June 3 will almost certainly not be possible

Festival Staff is unable to transport Fellows to or from the Denver Airport. Please see the Handbook for more information on transportation to/from DIA.

As soon as you know the details of how you will arrive to the Festival please submit it to the Google Form.

Housing

Fellows will each have their own room in an apartment of 5-8 other Fellows. Please see the Handbook for more information on amenities and Housing check-in.

Group Chat

There is a WhatsApp group chat for 2023 Fellows and Festival Staff. You should have received a link in your email to join this group chat, but if you are having issues joining please contact Festival Staff member Ella Neurohr at e_neurohr@coloradocollege.edu for assistance.
