Overview

We provide many resources and educational opportunities which align with our goal to promote holistic individual and community wellness. While we are a student-facing office, we are happy to collaborate with faculty and staff to collaborate on programming, as well as provide guidance on their unique roles in facilitating student and community wellness.

Workshops and Programs: Our workshops and programs are designed to advance knowledge and build skills, particularly around areas of substance use and abuse, preventing sexual and relationship violence, and mental health. We welcome students, faculty, and staff collaboration in creating new programs or working to develop a special iteration of something already-existing.

Initiatives: Our ongoing initiatives often use a multimedia approach to sustain engagement from campus community and build awareness around our work.

Handouts and Health Resource PDFs: Our office maintains plenty of handouts and flyers to meet your needs. Stop by for information on healthy relationships, stress and resilience, STI information, finding a therapist, and much more.

WRC Lending Library:  A curated a selection of books that will be helpful to students as they navigate their own pathway to thriving.  You can see the list of books available online, or stop into the WRC and check a book out for up to 3 weeks.

For RAs: RA's are important and valued partners in our work and we frequently work with them to bring both passive and active programming to their halls.
