Excel at CC is Colorado College's in-house professional development program. Workshops are designed for staff and faculty learning and are primarily facilitated by our in-house talent of higher education professionals. Through Excel at CC, we offer 30+ live training sessions per year to support employee development and engagement. Participants who attend Excel at CC sessions can look forward to the opportunity to learn and grow their skills, as well as the chance to engage with other members of the campus community. 4/9 & 4/23: Emotional Intelligence in Action
Emotional Intelligence in Action is a two-part interactive series based on the book, Emotional Intelligence 2.0. This two-part series focuses on the skills of Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management. You’ll explore practical strategies, role-play scenarios, and create a personalized action plan to apply these skills in your office for better communication and collaboration.
