What are some of your favorite ways to practice self-care? I love playing sports of any kind. I also really enjoy cooking, bonus points if it is with friends!

What is your favorite thing about the Wellness Resource Center? One of my favorite things is how relaxed the space is. There are so many snacks, drinks, and pleasant spots to do work or just hang out! I also like the Third Week Pause events.
