Operational Efficiency • Financial Sustainability • People and Culture

A strong institution is the foundation for everything else we aspire to achieve. To preserve what makes CC exceptional—from our immersive educational approach to our close-knit residential community—we must be intentional stewards of our people, and the resources and systems that support them. Through strategic investments in financial sustainability, operational effectiveness, employee wellbeing, and organizational resilience, we will ensure the College remains agile and adaptable for future generations.

Efforts of Note:

  • Implement data governance and modernize core systems to improve transparency, data-informed decision-making, and cross-campus communication.
  • Reduce risk and strengthen compliance through policy review, training, and regular risk assessments.
  • Operationalize strategic resource allocations aligned with mission-driven priorities.
  • Stabilize enrollment, progressively increase fundraising, and optimize auxiliary operations to ensure long-term financial viability.
  • Advance equity and belonging through inclusive policies, employee development, and by addressing compensation gaps.
  • Launch the institutional health and wellbeing strategic plan to bolster systemwide supports.
