By expanding career-connected learning, strengthening student support systems, and building a culture of excellence in and outside the classroom, we will ensure every student is equipped to thrive long after leaving CC.

  • Expand career readiness programming and strengthen relationships with graduate schools to ensure postgraduate success.
  • Advance championship-level performance in athletics through expanded support resources and benefit enhancement.
  • Foster an environment where student-athletes regularly achieve conference academic recognition.
  • Invest in integrated student support systems to foster a sense of belonging and to increase graduation and retention rates.
  • Complete cognitive skills outcomes assessment in the Colket Center for Academic Excellence to improve first-year student transition and academic preparedness.
  • Adopt and integrate technology that provides data analytics to track student performance and elevate academic support services.

The Plains to Peak Pathway creates a new bridge from Colorado College's liberal arts education to medical school, giving qualified students a guaranteed opportunity with the University of Northern Colorado College of Osteopathic Medicine. The partnership recognizes the breadth of a liberal arts education and connects students to a medical career pathway that could help address physician shortages across Colorado and the broader region.
