Lead at CC

Lead at CC is Colorado College's in-house leadership development program. Through a blend of self-paced and live learning experiences, participants develop practical leadership skills, explore topics relevant to managing and supporting employees, and build connections with fellow supervisors across campus. Lead at CC is designed to help leaders grow in their roles and contribute to a thriving college community.

Please note: Some programming is reserved for those whose role includes formal supervision of one or more CC employees. If a program is reserved for supervisors, it will be noted in the program description.

Asynchronous Training

Performance Conversations

Review best practices for Performance Conversations in this five-step eLearning journey. This self-paced eLearning journey reviews performance ratings, the Colorado College performance cycle, giving feedback, developing performance goals, and reflecting on your own work.

Leadership Foundations

This eleven-step eLearning journey covers core supervisory skills. In addition to courses about Performance Conversations, it also includes best practices for coaching employees, team building, and change management.
