*****ON HOLD***** Heating system repairs will replace the underground central heating system piping between Armstrong and Worner. Excavation will take place on the north side of Armstrong along the sidewalk of Cascade Ave.

Please be advised that Monument Roofing is currently performing a roofing project at the Fine Arts Center (FAC). This work is necessary to maintain the integrity of the building and help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. The project is anticipated to continue through mid September. Please be advised that the AC-5 unit serving portions of Spencer Center is currently out of service due to a faulty motherboard. The following areas may experience reduced or no cooling until repairs are completed: Rooms 301 North, 301 South, 301B, 314, 325, 401, 402, 404, and 406. Replacement parts have been ordered, and repairs will be completed as soon as they are received. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this issue is being addressed.

East Campus Resident Buildings |
We would like to provide an update on the ongoing efforts to restore full functionality to the East Campus heating and cooling system. At this time, all systems other than the heating and cooling system have been restored and are fully functional. Our teams are continuing to work diligently to restore full functionality to the heating and cooling system as quickly as possible.
