    Research Help

The library is here to support research, an integral part of Colorado College.  Research is hard work; you don’t need to go it alone. Let one of our research librarians help you get started, help with in-depth research on your topic, or anything in-between. Whether it is for a class, professional research or personal research, the library and the liaison librarians can help.

Librarians have developed research guides to help you find the best academic sites and databases to use when researching your topic. These guides, designed by subject experts, provide subject specific information on where to start your research. Research guides that have been developed for each academic disciplines taught at CC, individual classes, and specific library resources (e.g. RefWorks and SciFinder).  For other research help, including GIS, data analysis, and writing, see Library Partners.

The librarians at the research desk, located on the second floor of the library, can assist you with your research. You can also contact them by telephone at 719-389-6662, IM (to the right), and email.  For extended assistance in your research contact the librarian who is the subject specialist in your area of study or research.
