Communication Overview
Colorado College is committed to educating its students and facilitating their transition into adulthood. We strive to provide a safe environment that is conducive to academic and developmental success by giving students the freedom to make choices, experience disappointment and challenge, find opportunities for growth, develop problem-solving skills and resilience, and cultivate their ability to live independently. Within this context, we expect that students will communicate with their families about how they are doing at CC.
We also recognize that parents and families continue to have an important role in the lives of their students. We hope the information provided here will deepen your understanding of CC and encourage your meaningful engagement in your student's experience.
