College Events at Colorado College

Our vision as College Events is to create a positive one-stop-shop for event planning and execution for both internal and external clients.  Working in collaboration with the Student Events Summit, President's Office and Community Partners, we aim to provide a cohesive planning process for events on campus.  College Events hosts President's Office events, Fine Arts Center events, high-profile events, faculty events, community events, wedding ceremonies, memorial services, and summer conferences.

College Events is not hosting any contracted events at this time, please check back in Spring 2022. 


Events Working Group

This working group has been temporarily suspended due to overall college regulations and guidance from the Policy & Implementation Committee. Please see the COVID-19 developments website for the latest updates.  

Please note there is a new approval process to safely plan Internal Department on-campus in-person events, due to Covid-19. 

The Events Working Group meets weekly to review all Internal Department event requests.  Planners should use the Events Management dashboard to request space on-campus for a new event first.  Requests for internal department events must be submitted to the Events Working Group (see request form below) at least 3 weeks prior to the event date requested, and will ask for the Event Ungerboeck #.
