Tax & Compliance

The Tax and Compliance Office provides support and guidance to CC faculty, staff and students on all higher education tax and finance related compliance topics including IRS tax filings, nonresident alien tax compliance and tax treaty administration, sales tax, unrelated business income tax and employee versus independent contractor determinations and federal grant compliance.

Employees can use the IRS Withholding Calculator for guidance when completing a W-4 to adjust for the tax code changes in the Tax Cuts And Jobs Act.

Colorado College uses Sprintax TDS and Sprintax Tax Prep to assist our international students and visitors in maintaining compliance with Federal tax regulations. Please contact the Tax & Compliance Manager to request a Sprintax TDS account. The Tax and Compliance Office encourages all of our international students and visitors to use the Sprintax system.
