Student-Led Drop-Ins

What is a creativity drop-in? Creativity is an "engagement with the unfamiliar and a willingness to approach the familiar in unfamiliar ways.” (Glăveanu, V.P., & Beghetto, R.A. 2021). As humans, we all have an innate ability for creativity, which we can practice and augment. In each drop-in session, we will practice divergent and convergent thinking and incubation as strategies for figuring things out. We'll use building, prototyping, and art materials to explore and help our thinking. The sessions are held blockly and are led by CC students who have trained as facilitators with C&I. Come by C-Space at 232 E. Cache La Poudre St. and check one out. Everyone is welcome!
