Dear Faculty and Staff,

Ensuring that CC is a great place to work is a top priority for me - and I know it is for you as well. Hearing from all faculty and staff is an important part of this effort. In order to systematically gather your input and establish a baseline before we begin to implement initiatives from the strategic plan, we will conduct an employee climate survey.

To assist us with the survey process, we have partnered with ModernThink, a firm that works with many colleges and universities across the country. You will receive an email from ModernThink on March 27 inviting you to participate, along with a link to the survey.

The survey, called Your Voice, Your CC, should take about 20 minutes to complete. To protect anonymity, individual responses will be sent directly to ModernThink. They will report data back to the college in aggregate by various categories; your individual responses will remain anonymous. Survey results will be shared with the college community in the coming months. Please visit the website at www.coloradocollege.edu/climatesurvey for more information.
