Note that you must be on the campus network (eduroam or ethernet) in order to map a network drive directly. If you are not, you'll need to connect via Omnissa Horizon first.

File paths (note that the direction of the slashes is important)

Employee Home (H) drive \\fileserver1\username
Employee Department (I) drive \\fileserver1\department
Temporary Storage \\fileserver1\temp

Connect to a network drive on PC

Use the windows search bar in the lower left to search for "This PC." Right click the "This PC" app in the search results and choose "map network drive"

Choose any drive letter you wish that is empty, then type the file path in to the "Folder" field (expand to see more details). Make sure the "reconnect at sign-in" box is checked and then click "Finish"

Now that the drive is mapped, open File Explorer (folder icon) and look under This PC to access the drive

Click the "Go" menu at the top of the screen (make sure you aren't in a program-specific menu if you don't see it), then "Connect to Server"

Enter the path in the first field ( expand to see more details). Then click the "+" icon if you wish to add it to your favorites so it's a one-click next time, and finally click "Connect"

Sign in with your CC username and password, then click "Connect"
