How to set up email on iOS

Note that "Configure Manually" will not work because it is incompatible with Duo multifactor authentication.

Note that it will take a few minutes to connect and sync with your mailbox and calendar (particularly if there are a lot of items), so don't worry if you don't see them right away when you open the mail or calendar apps.

Configure email on an iPhone or iPad

How to set up email on iOS

Go to "Settings" and select "Mail" then tap "Accounts", "Add Account", and select "Microsoft Exchange"

Enter your full email address and give the account a description (we suggest "CC")

At the prompt, select "Sign In"

Sign into the familiar CC sign in box as usual with your username, password, and Duo prompt

When asked about Apple Internet Accounts, tap "continue"

Choose which items you want to sync - they will all be on by default - and tap "save"
