The right to choose: A global storytelling project on abortion activism
The project is a continuation of the People • Place • Power podcast. The Right to Choose aims to explore the struggles for abortion rights worldwide through a five-episode documentary series, with each episode telling the story of an activist/activist group from one of the five continents. Responding to the upsurge of abortion rights conversations following the overturning of Roe v. Wade, the project aims to aid activists in the U.S. by creating conversations with the strategies of abortion activists worldwide who have successfully preserved abortion rights in their home country. It also wishes to spur further actions in the struggle to preserve abortion access in an inclusive way.
