Tools to help migrant children navigate exclusionary policies in Shenzen, China
Shenzhen has the largest scale of migrant children among all the cities in China. The unequal access to education and health services for migrant children greatly impacts their quality of life and future potential. The project goal (in partnership with Green Rose Social Work Center in Shenzhen) is to create a community-engaged platform designed to help migrant children and their families navigate the increasingly exclusionary and rigid education and healthcare policies targeted at migrant children in the city.
