Tiger Preview Day
Interested in “trying out” CC? Tiger Preview Day is the closest you can get to being a CC student without actually enrolling—a half day on campus that goes deeper than a standard visit. You’ll learn all about the Block Plan, tour campus with a current student, eat lunch in our dining hall, and participate in a live Q&A with a student panel. Registration is open now, with more dates added throughout the year.
“[Tiger Preview Day] felt all encompassing. Each step seemed relevant and helpful to help us get a good read on academics, social life, and campus.”

Frequently Asked Questions
A daily visit gives you the basics: a 45-minute info session and a one-hour campus tour, about two hours total.
Tiger Preview Day gives you a twice as much. You'll get that same info session and tour, plus lunch in our dining hall and a live Q&A with current students—where you get to ask your most pressing questions. Expect to spend about four hours on campus, and leave with a much clearer picture of what life here is actually like.
Plan for a few extra days while you’re here—it’s worth it. Whether you’re after a good meal, a trail to hike, or a local shop worth supporting, there’s plenty to explore beyond campus. Check out our visitor's guide for our full list of favorites—and drink some water first. At 6,035 feet, the altitude sneaks up on you.
