Rates are updated each July and tuition rates are provided to enrolled families.
No Part-time options are available
The monthly tuition is due the first business day of each month for childcare services provided that month (i.e. tuition paid on July 1 is for the month of July) Checks (made payable to C.C.C.C.) are accepted. The Center does not accept the use of credit card or cash payments.
Colorado College Employee Parents Colorado College employee parents may elect to have the monthly tuition deducted from their paychecks. An after-tax payroll deduction authorization form for child care tuition payments must be completed and submitted to the Children's Center Director. The Director signs the form and submits the completed form to H.R. for the deductions to begin on your paycheck. The monthly tuition will be deducted in 2 payments; on the 15th paycheck for childcare services provided the 1st through the 15th and deducted on the last business day of the month for childcare services provided on the 16th through the last business day of the month
The form are completed by June 30, of the current year.
Fees All parents that continue to pay the Center directly will be charged a late fee of $25 if payment is not received on the first business day of each month.
There will be a $25 service fee for returned checks.
A non refundable $50.00 enrollment fee must be paid upon enrollment.
A tuition discount program is available for CC Employees falling within income guidelines. (See Director)
