In order to limit COVID exposure, students should schedule an appointment to complete employment paperwork and present their I-9 identification documents. In order to meet federal requirements, appointments must be in person.
Please print and complete the employment packet (linked below) prior to your scheduled appointment.
*Note: You must print and provide WET signatures.
Absolutely NO electronic signatures will be accepted.
Employment paperwork will NOT be accepted electronically.
Acceptable I-9 Documents:
Please read the List of Acceptable I-9 Identification Documents carefully. Documents must be ORIGINAL (no copies) and unexpired. Any paperwork presented without the appropriate identification documents will not be accepted and a new appointment may need to be made.
The most commonly used document combinations are:
A.) Unexpired US Passport, passport card, OR a foreign passport with supporting documentation
OR
B.) Unexpired driver's license/ state ID OR CC student ID
AND
C.) ORIGINAL birth certificate OR social security card
*When using documents B/C, there must be TWO documents total, one with a photo and one without.
