Message your provider, view test results, request copies of medical records and other documents, schedule an appointment, pay your bill, see upcoming appointment details, renew or refill a prescription, complete a Medical Power of Attorney and other advance care planning. 

You can access both My Health Connective and the UCHealth app through your student portal.
