Digital Signage Slide Submission

If you would like information displayed on a campus-wide digital sign, please take the following steps:

  1. If you've already had Canva training, you can create a digital signage slide there. Remember, slides only display for a few seconds and are often viewed from far away. Make sure to only include the most relevant text and make sure all text and imagery are clear and easy to understand.
  2. Upload your digital signage slide here and include the dates you would like the slide to run. During busy times, the maximum display time per slide is one week. The Office of Communications manages a blockly schedule for digital signage, to ensure only 4-5 slides are running at a time.
    • Slides should be 1920x1080, 96 dpi. If slides are created in Canva, please save as PNG for optimal compatibility.
    • The sooner you submit your request, the better - the signage schedule is finalized the last week of each block for the upcoming block, though we are able to accommodate requests throughout the block, based on the quantity of requests.
