Upon graduating from CC, Carolyn began her career with nonprofits. Carolyn worked for both educational and medical-based organizations, and now serves as a philanthropic leader for the causes in which she believes. Carolyn has chaired a successful campaign for AIM Academy in Conshohocken, PA, and served the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in several capacities, most recently as a member of the Foundation’s Advisory Board. Additionally, she recently completed her two terms as trustee at The Agnes Irwin School in Rosemont, PA. Currently, Carolyn serves as trustee for Holderness School in Plymouth, NH, where she chairs the Governance Committee, and also serves on the Buildings & Grounds and the Crisis/Risk Management Committees. She is also a member of the board of the Sun Valley Community School, Sun Valley, Idaho. Carolyn is married to Woody Cullen. They have three children; Emma ’20, Craig ’22, and Robert (15).
