    Self Service Reset Password Manager

    The SSRPM service helps you reset your CC network password (the one you use for email, VMWare, campus computers, Canvas, etc.).

    Please note that the first time you use SSRPM, you must enroll in the service. If you skip enrolling and go straight to the "Reset your password" link, the system will not be able to find your account. The enrollment step establishes security questions the system uses to verify your identity and let you reset your password.

    Macs sometimes have trouble connecting to wireless after the password reset.  Take a quick look at our mac wireless troubleshooting video for help if this occurs.
