James Criswell Davis
Criswell was a very popular student and a "man about town" on campus. He was known by students from other classes, as well. Criswell stayed in Colorado Springs, I believe, after graduating and worked for Concept Restaurants (Jose Muldoons and others). I met Mike the first day I was at CC. He was the kindest man. We realized we were both going to be French majors, and that was another moment of fun. He went on to have a brilliant career, embracing teaching French and his students with passion and zest! I saw him at our 45th reunion, and he was the same sweet man. He was just the same.
