Save the date! We are planning for a combined on-campus Homecoming and Family Weekend gathering Oct. 8-10, 2021, for 2020 and 2021 reunion classes and current Colorado College families. Please note that all activities are subject to COVID-19 guidelines and the schedule is subject to change. The health and safety of our CC alumni, students, families, faculty, and staff community continues to be our top priority. We will communicate additional details as planning continues and all updates will be shared here.

Are all classes invited to Homecoming and Family Weekend?
Special class reunions will be held for classes ending in a 5 or 0, and 6 and 1, as well as the classes of 1959/1960, 1964/1965/1966, and our 2017-2021 young alumni classes. However, all alumni and current CC parents and families are invited to attend Homecoming and Family Weekend events and activities!

When can I register for Homecoming and Family Weekend?
Pre-registration opens in early August 2021.

How do I register?
Mail:
You can fill out the registration form found in the official Homecoming Weekend guide you will receive in late July. Include your credit card information or check made payable to Colorado College to:

What if my plans change and I need to cancel my registration?
Cancellations can be made up until midnight on Friday, Oct. 1. Please call (719) 227-8171 to cancel your registration and receive a refund. No refunds will be given after Oct. 1, 2021.

Do I have to pre-register for Homecoming and Family Weekend?
You will save time and money if you register in advance of your arrival on campus. An early bird registration fee of $10 per household will be available.

Will onsite registration be available?
After Oct. 1, a registration fee of $25 per household will apply and there will be a $10 additional fee per person, per event. We do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but cannot guarantee a seat or a meal unless you have registered by Oct. 1.

Why is there a registration fee?
The registration fee covers the hidden costs of the weekend, including tents, tables, chairs, and staffing. More than 100 Colorado College staff make every effort for all events to be as well planned as possible. To that end, it helps us immensely when you register and pay the requested fees.

I've registered, now what?
Upon arrival on campus, all alumni and guests should check in at Registration Central at Charles L. Tutt Library, located at 1021 N. Cascade Ave., to receive an official Homecoming and Family Weekend name tag, a final schedule with event confirmation, and tickets.*

Registration Central is open:
Friday, Oct. 8
10 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 9
9 a.m.-3 p.m.

*If your first event is on Thursday, please go directly to your event. Check in at registration on Friday. If you arrive on Friday after registration has closed, go directly to your event and check in at registration on Saturday.

Is the campus accessible?
All featured campus buildings are ADA accessible and golf carts will be available throughout Homecoming Weekend to provide participants transportation around campus. To request a disability-related accommodation, please contact the Alumni and Family Relations Office at: (719) 389-6777 or email: homecoming@coloradocollege.edu by Oct. 1, 2021.

Can I request special meals because of dietary restrictions?
Please note on your registration form if you have dietary restrictions we need to accommodate.

What is the attire for the weekend?
Attire for the weekend is casual during the day. Some dinner locations, primarily off campus, are more formal. Contact the Office of Alumni and Family Relations if you have questions about a specific event. This is October in Colorado, which can mean anything from sun and 70 degrees to rain or snow!

What hotels do you recommend?
Colorado College has a room blocks at The Antlers, Hilton Garden Inn, and Mining Exchange hotels in downtown Colorado Springs. Please see the Accommodations page for more details.

Do you provide a shuttle service to campus?
A complimentary Colorado College shuttle will be available during Homecoming and Family Weekend to transport alumni, parents, famlies, and guests between campus and the Antlers, Hilton Garden Inn, and Mining Exchange hotels downtown. The shuttle will pick up at the main entrance of these hotels and on the south side of the Worner Campus Center. Shuttle hours will be available in the Homecoming and Family Weekend guide available during the summer and at Registration Central when you arrive on campus.

Can I bring my children to Homecoming and Family Weekend?
Yes! Children age 12 and younger eat for free at all on-campus events.

Do I get a bookstore discount?
The Colorado College Bookstore offers discounts on CC logo merchandise. Alumni who are registered and wear an official Homecoming Weekend name tag will receive a discount.

Where can I park during Homecoming and Family Weekend?
During Homecoming and Family Weekend, campus parking lots are open but space is limited. On-street parking is part of the City of Colorado Springs Parking System. Please pay parking fees and obey all city parking regulations when parking on city streets. We encourage attendees to use the free shuttle that will be running regularly throughout Homecoming and Family Weekend between our downtown host hotels and campus.

Can I visit my old dorm room?
Alumni are welcome to explore campus and reminisce about their college days. However, please respect that your old dorm room is now the private room of a current student. Alumni should remain in the common areas of campus housing.
