What are some of your favorite ways to practice self care? I love taking some time to myself and going on a bike ride and journaling somewhere I haven't been before. I also enjoy running and use it as time to reflect.

What is your favorite thing about the Wellness Resource Center? The people and the snacks! I love the space of WRC and how multifunctional it is.
