Black History Month

Antiracism, diversity, equity, and inclusion are about iterative processes. Colorado College recognizes that we all share different backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and so should our approach to learning and unlearning practices that strengthen our antiracism commitment.

We seek to infuse antiracism into our communications, including disseminating educational resources that feature the achievements of marginalized community activists; capitalizing on opportunities to celebrate, honor, and engage diverse communities; promoting language justice; highlighting and taking a stand against social injustice issues; critical review of our communication platforms; enhanced transparency; and increasing access to information. We are committed to advancing antiracism in our communications through a framework of celebrating, educating, and advocating.
