Examines literature by Native American writers through cultural, social, historical, generic, and/or aesthetic lenses. Students will focus on a curated selection of texts by Native American writers in order to identify and study key concepts, terms, methods, and techniques through a concentrated scope. Topics may include, for example, works by Native American writers and artists within specific literary genres or alongside another medium (art, film, etc.). 1 unit. (Not offered 2022-23).
