Buck is the Founder/CEO of Griffis/Blessing, Inc., a real estate investment & property management company recognized as the largest Colorado-based property management firm in the state.
Buck is equally committed to his community, volunteering his time to philanthropic and charitable causes. His current involvement includes membership in Colorado Concern, YPO, and CEO. He also serves as a Trustee at Colorado Academy, Board Member for the Wine & Food Society of Denver, Board Member of the Colorado Forum Fund, and Rear Commodore of the Grand Lake Yacht Club.

Buck lives in Denver with his wife, Janelle, and their four daughters and three grandchildren.
