Rosalie comes to CC from Bucknell University, where she was most recently the director of multicultural student services. In that role she worked closely with students of color, advising, mentoring, and connecting students to resources. In addition she developed and facilitated campus-wide programs to increase cultural awareness, understanding, and competence, and promoted the understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives including privilege and power relationships. She has previously served as Director of Multicultural Services at Bucknell University and Special Assistant to the President for Diversity & Inclusion at Juniata College, a chief diversity officer position, where her worked earned the College a H.E.E.D. award in 2015. 

Rosalie holds a B.S. in Biology and Communication from Juniata College and a M.A. in Community Psychology and Social Change from Penn State Harrisburg. Rosalie is the past President of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Association of Multicultural Education (PA-NAME) and co-founder of the Pennsylvania Association of Liaisons and Officers of Multicultural Affairs.

Rosalie has extensive experience in the field of equity, advocacy and student affairs, both regionally and nationally.  Her research and workshops are focused on the impacts of disparate policies on disenfranchised communities and most recently on addressing food insecurity on college campuses. This work earned her a Presidential Award at Bucknell University in 2017 and Outstanding Staff Contribution Award in 2020;  Most recently,  Rosalie has focused on the need for a “radical” form of self-care for activists and educators of color and in LGBTQIA+ communities, for whom mainstream self-care narratives are  oftenlimiting.
