Athletics

Professor Emeritus Horst Richardson was born in the German city of Nürnberg during World War II. He emigrated to California in 1955 where he attended high school and college.

Activities & Interests

Professor Richardson (emeritus) has taught at Colorado College since 1965. He enjoys teaching German language courses, focuses on literature of the 20th Century and has specialized in producing German plays with students. He is also the men's soccer coach at CC. Horst and his wife Helen are an integral part of the German and Athletic departments. Their two children are graduates of Colorado College.
