they/them From: Gaffney, SC Education: Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology (Colorado College) Territories: States: AL, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, TX (southern) Favorite book: A bit niche, but "Yes, Chef" by Marcus Samuelsson. His work really opened my eyes to the ideas of cultural and culinary anthropology, which have deeply impacted how I see the world (and CC let me do my thesis on it, which was super cool!) Favorite place on campus: When I was a student, I all but lived at the Cossitt Amphitheater and on Worner Quad, but I am becoming quite partial to my office and its incredible view of Pikes Peak! When I'm not working, I'm: perpetually exploring! I’m always working to find new places to eat (send me your best recs), places to decompress (love a good walk around Manitou), and places to feel alive (concerts, fairs, hanging with friends). Words of wisdom: "You must be imaginative, strong-hearted. You must try things that may not work, and you must not let anyone define your limits because of where you come from. Your only limit is your soul." - Chef Gusteau, Ratatouille
