'This senior year capstone course introduces students to the theory and praxis of critical leadership studies and offers the opportunity to critically reflect on their undergraduate journey using a Sankofa (past, present and future) journaling methodology. In addition, students will use a social justice lens to analyze food insecurity and engage in a community-based learning project addressing food insecurity in COS. A retreat and final project allow students to celebrate their accomplishments while reflecting on future paths.'
