Laboratory and field investigations of natural hazards including the causes and consequences of landslides, flooding, and volcanoes. Examination of geologic forces that drive natural hazards and disparate impacts of hazards on human groups through regional case studies and research projects. (Not offered 2024-25).
Prerequisite: Geology 140 or Geology 150.
