Peggy Hanson lives in Park City, Utah, where she is retired. • Sharon Bogue Young is owner and C.E.O. of Versitech, Inc., a small research and development organization, in Tucson, Ariz.

Robert Genung lives in Tivetshall St. Mary, Norfolk, U.K. He retired from the U.S. government in 1999 and has become a "fairly well internationally known amateur astronomer."

James Cotton retired from IBM Corp. in 1995, and has been teaching law at the Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston. He was granted tenure in the spring of 2002 and is serving as the interim associate dean of the law school. He's enjoyed the experience but is anxious to get back to full-time teaching. • Wayne Deutscher, who works at Sytex, Inc., announces that he is getting close to retirement. • Kate Berthrong Durham works at Prince Books as a bookseller in Norfolk, Va. She also practices a form of body work called myofascial release, visits friends, and dances. She lives in Chesapeake.


Raechel Jensen Fouts is trying to stay connected to her five grandchildren: two in Hong Kong, one in Houston, and two in Englewood, Colo. She says, "A recent hike to Phantom Ranch, Grand Canyon, renewed our desire to explore the world." • Kathy McIntosh MacLeod is retired and living in Grass Valley, Calif., with her husband David. • David and Bonnie Toxby '62 Williams are married and living in Fairbanks, Alaska. David is retired and runs a Web page and coordinates an Internet forum -GOPUSA - where he is editor for the Alaska section. Bonnie is retired and currently is adjunct faculty at the University of Alaska - Fairbanks. She is also an elected official on the Fairbanks North Star Borough Assembly. (Alaska has boroughs, not counties.) Both are active sailors and fly fishers, and play duplicate bridge.

Rich and Gail Michel Mendrop are retired and living in Denver. Gail volunteers as an elementary school reading mentor and substitute-teaches at Cherry Creek High School. Rich handles administration for Montview Presbyterian Church. Their son Andy is a sophomore at CC. • Susan Hadley Planck teaches at Platt Middle School in Boulder, Colo. • Richard Toth retired in March after 15 years as a 4th Judicial District court judge in Colorado Springs. He plans to work 60 days a year as a senior district judge but wants to spend more time fly-fishing, backpacking, and traveling with his wife of 35 years, Susan.

Mike Egger lives in Morton, Texas, where he is a candidate for the U.S. Congress. He recently founded the World-Wide Caucus for Ecumenical Social Services and considers himself a "radical left-wing libertarian." • Bob Manning formed M2P Capital, L.L.C., a private equity firm, in Denver. Fellow alumnus Dirk Tyler '80 is also a founding partner. • Bob O'Neill is retired and living in Palm Springs, Calif. • Glenda Terrell Rhodes MAT lives in Waupaea, Wis., where she is retired. • Greg Smith was appointed assistant clinical professor of family medicine at the School of Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Additionally, he is teaching and tutoring in the fundamentals of doctoring, ethics in the health professions, and health law in clinical ethics.
