Sixth annual Big Idea pitch competition winners presented their projects at "Changemakers Who Are Shaping Our World" in San Francisco March 15, 2018. The event was part of the CC Across the Country series.

Jonny Goldstein ’91 and Professor Mark Smith reunited at the Colorado College Alumni Climate and Sustainability Forum in New York City on Feb. 1, 2018.

The inaugural Tiger Talks event was held in Denver Jan. 18, 2018, at Buntport Theater, an award-winning theater company made up of CC alumni. The TED-style event featured five alumni speakers presenting on the topic of "Out of the Ordinary" and was emceed by Buntport member Brian Colonna '00.

CC alumni joined Physics Professor Shane Burns for the viewing of the solar eclipse at Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Aug. 19–22, 2017.

Colorado College alumni enjoyed discovery and adventure in the Andes of Peru during the Block Break Away titled "Searching for Machu Picchu" May 26–June 3, 2017 with Gary Ziegler '64.

Block Break Away: Cuba 2017 — Colorado College alumni and friends explored Cuba in an extraordinary people-to-people experience led by Political Science Professor Juan Lindau Feb. 3-12, 2017.


Students tour Washington, D.C., in October 2016 as part of Tiger Trek, a four-day pilot trip hosted by the Colorado College Career Center and the Office of Alumni and Family Relations. This experience was provided free for 12 students thanks to CC's Student Government Association and a generous gift by Simon and Nancy Sidamon-Eristoff.


CC alumni in Washington, D.C. gathered at Nationals Park Aug. 31, 2016, as the Washington Nationals played against the Colorado Rockies.

50 Year Club at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science

Ian Miller ’99 (back row, center) led a private tour for local Fifty Year Club members at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science on June 14, 2016. Miller is director of earth and space sciences and curator of paleontology at the museum.

Alumni & Parents in Vietnam

CC alumni and parents traveled to Vietnam and Cambodia on a Block Break Away program May 17-June 1, 2016. Associate Professor of History John Williams was the featured lecturer.

Chicago Alumni

CC alumni in Chicago gathered for a free concert at Millennium Park on June 9, 2016, where Lee Fields and the Expressions performed with Makaya McCraven.

CC Cares Day at Vida Verde

More than 30 alumni, parents, and friends in San Francisco volunteered for CC Cares Day at Vida Verde May 14, 2016.
