Electronic Transcripts Have Arrived!

Colorado College is pleased to announce a new student service for online transcript ordering and electronic transcript delivery!

Colorado College has appointed Credentials Inc. as the designated agent for processing and sending official electronic transcripts on behalf of Colorado College.  The PDF transcript that is produced using this service contains the identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company’s website that is provided during the delivery process

You will receive email notifications that will inform you of when your transcript has been produced, electronically delivered, and read by the receiver. Optionally, you may elect to receive text-messages. And, you will also be able to check your order status and order history online.

Click on the Transcripts link to the left of this page to begin the process.

Did you know?

  • Waitlists are dropped the first day of a course. If a professor lets you in off the waitlist, you must come to the Registrar's Office and add it to your schedule, with the professor's signature on an add/drop form.
  • All students are required to Check-In the beginning of each semester.
  • If you see a grade of "GW" (grade withheld), it means you still need to complete the course evaluation in SSB. Once you've completed the evaluation, your grade will change on your transcript.

Mission of the Registrar's Office

Colorado College

In support of the academic and college missions, the Registrar's Office implements, administers, monitors, and supports the academic policies of Colorado College in a highly accurate, honest and ethical manner.

The Registrar identifies functions which can be improved upon, identifies and resolves problems, and defines issues through the systematic application and analysis of academic and student data maintained by the office.  Members of the Registrar's staff assemble and maintain accurate and complete academic student data, in addition to the college's current and historical academic data.  The staff strives to provide efficient, quality service to students, faculty and other college constituencies.

The Registrar's Office supports the college's mission by providing a welcoming climate to students, faculty and staff, thus encouraging students to communicate freely regarding the integrity of the college's academic policies, by expecting students to be ultimately responsible for their degree progress and to support them in their efforts.
